Happiness is such a bliss isn’t it? Feeling those hormonal rushes and having a big smile on your face all the time can be a treat. Where does this happiness come from? Prolly a good incident, some fun time, good conversations or just being with a loved one. Let’s get back to reality what actually makes us happy? Are we happy round the clock? Is it right to expect happiness all along this journey called life? Definitions of happiness change over time. Don’t they? What made us happy earlier may not affect us anymore now. It’s dependent on external situations. These situations constantly change. So does our happiness. Often it’s external sources and other people who control our moods and to some extent our lives as well.
