 Times have been trying for humanity all this while. It seems like ,we all are facing a never ending struggle for everything. But I think I received my blessing in disguise-Infinite YOUth.


Infinite YOUth is part of Heartfulness Organisation, which focuses on youth engagement and development. We provide a safe space for youth to interact and grow together as individuals aspiring to change to the world.

It all began a year ago. I wasn’t sure if I was eligible but I signed up. There were various areas of contribution- content, design , event management, digital marketing, information technology and many more. Anyone interested could join and learn. Even if one knew nothing. Interest to learn was the key.


I picked content and my journey to inner discovery enfolded. I got an opportunity to interact with people across the world working towards a one goal- serving humanity.

My experience here is worth mentioning as it shaped me into who I am today and gave  me the confidence to begin writing my own blog.


My knowledge in spiritual, academic cultural and social realms has grown exponentially. I worked with the ASEAN team ,interacted with brilliant speakers created content for the African summit website, wrote poems for the newsletter and worked for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). My self confidence and exposure have changed my perspectives.

 I found the most wonderful friends who would be with me for a lifetime.
Inner connection, heartfelt conversations and limitless support are what they mean to me. Life just seems to be more beautiful.

Just like we have our responsibilities towards ourselves we also have our part towards humanity. Let’s not forget that. Doesn’t have to be through some platform but helping someone in need (mentally or emotionally or in any manner ) can strengthen your character and aid your evolution. It’s gives a sense of inner satisfaction and peace. Something that’s necessary yourself. I felt this.

I feel more than just putting up sessions on self introspection and development I learned a lot more. How do deal with situations, interact with teammates and work collectively. I started acknowledging my potential and room for growth and improvement. As we know-learning never ends.

Talking about the sessions ,they enable you to face your true self. No one’s perfect. Facing your limitations and dark sides can be scary. But once you accept them and master them, sky is not your limit! Maybe the Universe is?

We fail to recognise our true potential. Unless we face hard times and push our limits we can’t realise our true abilities. So are these hard times actually blessings?

Difficult situations at work, lack of coordination among teammates a prospective for growth?
Indeed yes. Difference of opinion, conflict  enable exploration of different aspects, hence growth and development enfold.

It’s been a pleasure to grow together with such amazing individuals, I aspire to meet them soon. Yeah! 
We all have been coordinating sessions from different parts of the world!

I have seen people work day in day out to connect the dots and make things work even during these circumstances ! 
Their dedication and effort inspires me to work hard and learn.

We have just completed a wonderful year of friendship, learning ,inspiration and connection. Cheers to many more marvellous years!

Our sessions have inspired youth across the globe and the hard work has definitely paid off.

Ever felt everything that you wished for, desired or wanted to cherish as yours is beyond your reach? Sometimes there’s no way to get there, nothing to be seen, no path, no guide, in-fact no hope at times… Coming to an important question, why do we look for or want what’s unknown to us? A year!

2023 was supposed to be my year!  How is that, it’s already falling apart?  Probably 2024 is the one, isn’t it? I hope it is… We all have this feeling, don’t we? With every passing year, we hope it’s our year. A time when everything goes in your favour, major changes towards a promising future take place and life magically isn’t the same anymore.  While this is possible, it may not be feasible.  Everything is a mix of some happiness and sorrow . Having that heartbreak, which may not seem very healthy, is a long term benefit for oneself, that has taught a ton of lessons. Instead of consuming oneself for someone who wouldn’t even care, it’s better to get shattered all at once and start afresh.
